"Take a black pepper sized approx. 125-200 mg of Lifeyco shudh shilajit resin using the spoon provided. Dissolve in 100-200 ml lukewarm milk/water, stir it thoroughly before consumption. Advisable to consume it on an empty stomach in the morning with warm milk even with water, or as directed by physician.
